    Placement Agent Services: TFG leverages its team’s deep experience as Limited Partners to provide General Partners with unique insights on fundraising strategy. TFG’s team also leverages its deep networks of private equity Limited Partners to identify and approach appropriate investors for the General Partners’ strategy. TFG advises on all aspects of the fundraising process, including market assessment and competitive positioning, assistance with the preparation of marketing materials, terms and conditions, development of a comprehensive data room, and investor introductions.

    General Partners Advisory Services: TFG advises General Partners with respect to product development, positioning, and marketing in a manner very similar to the internal fundraising teams at the largest General Partners.

    Coverage: TFG provides its services to General Partners in the private equity, private credit, real estate, and real assets alternative asset classes.

    We will manage the meeting process, ongoing dialogue, and due diligence requests.

    • Regular updates will provide you with visibility on the status of the fundraising.

    • Working with your attorneys and other advisors, we will guide your fund to a successful close.

  • General Partner Advisory Services

    We offer General Partners a suite of advisory services to enhance their offerings to Limited Partners.

    Strategy:

    • We will work with you to evaluate and refine your proposed structure and strategy, including track record analysis

    • Prepare a competitive analysis of your positioning compared to other managers

    • Advise on preparation of high-quality due diligence materials

    • Make appropriate introductions to attorneys, accountants, bankers, and fund administrators

    Marketing:

    • Evaluate your proposed offering and its reception by limited partners

    • Advise on the preparation of your marketing materials (including website) to maximize acceptance by limited partners

    Investor Relations:

    • Assist with post-closing investor relations and the planning of subsequent fund offerings.
